PRLog (Press Release)– May 18, 2011– A retrofit lighting project that Energy Performance Lighting (EPL) successfully completed for American Family Insurance is profiled in the April issue of LD+A magazine titled, "Employees Opt for Blue Hues". The article details how EPL devised a solution that provides new lighting using existing fixtures and provides a blue tone to the light that increases visual sharpness in the offices. The solution has delivered drastically reduced energy use, and employees have claimed that they are more comfortable and "not as auto part tired at the end of the day".
